Transformation Begins Within
I’d like you to imagine your perception like a window. If it’s clouded with limited beliefs, negative thinking or hard-to-kick habits, everything outside might look clouded, challenging, stale. With a clouded lens, we can't see the full spectrum of light shine through. But when that window is clean, life opens up and becomes full of growth and forward movement. You step more onto an aligned path, paving the way for positive change, your dreams and desires.
Our minds are extremely powerful. When it's time to start a new belief or habit, that thought is the first step towards change. But why is it sometimes we may fight a certain new belief or habit? Consciously, we know this new habit or belief would better our lives, but change has to be accepted by the unconscious mind as well. To create lasting change, both the conscious and unconscious parts of the mind have to be on the same page. This is sometimes why we might pick up a habit for a week or so, but then revert to our old ways.

It all starts with the thoughts and beliefs we have, which get stored deep down in our unconscious minds. The unconscious mind is like an invisible force governing 95% of our brain activity. It shapes our thoughts, emotions, and actions without us even being aware of it. That leaves 5% left for conscious thinking, which deals with tasks, goals, and analyzing data. If our minds are filled with fears, negative beliefs or other limiting beliefs, it can limit us from reaching our goals. When we are able to reframe our thoughts held within the unconscious, we are able to make those big changes in our worlds and daily lives.
Hypnosis is a powerful tool, if not the most effective and best tool, that can be used to clear clouded windows by accessing the unconscious mind. Transforming your unconscious allows you to break free from what’s been holding you back. Then you can start to see the world, and yourself, in a whole new light. When we change our thoughts, success flows in easier. Life feels lighter, challenges become opportunities and you attract more of that positive energy and success in.
